TERMS AND AGREEMENT

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING EPICCOMPUTERZ TERMS USE AGREEMENT (THE "TERMS OF USE" OR "AGREEMENT.") ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR ORDERED AN ITEM FROM EPICCOMPUTERZ YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO EPICCOMPUTERZ TERMS AND AGREEMENT.
DOWNPAYMENT
Items that require a down payment:
1.) Desktops
2.) Laptops (Some)
3.) Computer parts (Some)
4.) Electronics (Some)
Down payment percentage is based on the cost of the item(s)
A.) Any item(s) costing between $600.00 and $3000.00 TT, a down payment of 30% of the total cost of the item must be made before purchase of the desired item.
B.) Any item(s) costing between $3001.00 and $6000.00 TT, a down payment of 40% of the total cost of the item must be made before the purchase of the desired item.
C.) Any item(s) costing between $6000.00 and $10000.00 TT, a down payment of 50% of the total cost of the item must be made before the purchase of the desired item.
D.) Any item(s) costing above $10000.00 TT, a down payment of 60% of the total cost of the item must be made before the purchase of the desired item.
Once the item is available to the customer they have a total of ten (10) days in which to pay for it. After ten days (10) every three (3) days a total of five percent (5%) will be added on to the total cost. After thirty (30) days if the item(s) is not paid for or any down payment is made EpicComputerz credit personal will be sent out to obtain the amount owed. If the individual cannot be found or refuses to pay, EpicComputerz will seize items of the individuals as compensation. The customer item(s) may be sold for compensation. The customer can be barred from buying items from EpicComputerz and will be required to be a fine of TT $200.00 to remove this hold.
DOWNPAYEMTNS WILL BE PAID BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THE DESIRED ITEM. IF THE CUSTOMER IS PAYING IN CHEQUE , THEY MUST WAIT TILL THE CHEQUE CLEARS BEFORE THEIR ITEM WILL BE PURCHASED. FOR A LIST OF DOWNPAYMENT REFUND CONDITIONS PLEASE SEE THE REFUND SECTION OF THIS POLICY
COMPUTERS (LAPTOPS NETBOOKS DESKTOPS)
Warranty on Desktops
Warranty on all desktops for the period stated for that specific desktop covers repairs only to a faulty system that may have been overlooked by EpicComputerz. EpicComputerz will not be responsible for damages caused by over-clocking or individual negligence such as personal damage. EpicComputerz will check a faulty part to ensure that it is a manufacture problem and that not of the user. Warranty also covers the reinstallation of the operating system or the upgrade of the operating system and other programs if it available. A computer may only be upgraded with a new or updated operating system no more than five (5) times during the warranty period.
LAPTOPS
Any laptop purchased at EpicComputerz is NEW and NOT refurbished rectified or used. EpicComputerz guarantees the sale of New laptops/ Net books to all customers. The only purchases of rectified or refurbished laptops are done with request of the customer.
All laptops/ Net books undergo tests at EpicComputerz to ensure quality. Each laptop is stressed test on individual parts to ensure that there are no problems with any parts. Once the laptop/net book passes the stress test it will be made available to the customer. Any change of parts to these products may void the warranty.
The customer is given a one year limited warranty which includes servicing.
All Laptop come with the following Programs.
1.) Windows 7 operating System with genuine activation.
2.) Avg Free Anti Virus (best free antivirus) or Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 (best antivirus on the market) Separate cost of $250.00 with one year protection
3.) WinZip Pro
4.) Microsoft Office 2007
5.) Pc Tools Registry Mechanic
6.) Ultimate Defrag
7.) Mini games (Plants vs Zombies, Hoyle Board and word games.)
8.) One Program/ game of your choice. Programs that are not included are Anti-Virus, High end music movie editing and digital programs. Customers must request their program upon order or within 7 days after order.
9.) Goole Chrome web Browser
Due to the size of a netbook and the absence of a cd/dvd rom , Netbook programs will vary depending on the price and model.
DESKTOPS
Any desktops purchased at EpicComputerz are guaranteed to be built with NEW parts. Each desktop is stress tested on individual parts to ensure that there are no problems with any parts. Once the desktop passes the stress test it will be made available to the customer.

GAME CONSOLES
All game consoles purchased are NEW and are guaranteed by EpicComputerz to be new. Only the manufacture warranty will be applicable if it exists.
COMPUTER/LAPTOP PARTS
All computer parts purchased are NEW and are guaranteed by EpicComputerz to be new.
REFUNDS
LAPTOPS/ NETBOOKS/ DESKTOPS
Once a down payment is made for the desired product the customer will be given exactly two (2) days to reclaim their money. Their desired product(s) will be ordered at the end of the two day grace period. Once the desired product(s) are ordered the customer is NOT entitled to a refund.
After an individual receives a product they purchased they will be given a three (3) day grace period in order to evaluate the product. If they are not satisfied with the product they can return it for a FULL refund, including the down payment. On the return of the product the individual must pay a restock fee of 25% of the total cost of the item. Products can only be returned in their original packaging with all parts intact and in the same condition that it was given to them. Pictures of the product(s) will be taken together with serial numbers of the product(s) in order to ensure that it is the same product. If ANY part of the product is replaced or different than that of the original product NO refund will be given.
EpicComputerz DOES NOT offer refunds or replacements on any computer parts that do not work after purchase. All parts are tested to ensure that there are no faults. If any faults are found during the routine check EpicComputerz will replace those part(s) without any cost to the individual.
LAPTOP BATTERIES AND CHARGERS
Once a laptop battery is bought, EpicComputerz will check to make sure that the battery fits and that the laptop boots up and the battery is functioning correctly. Once the item is functioning correctly NO refund will be given.
For battery chargers/ chords please note that we order the item based on the information that was given to us. EpicComputerz will not be held responsible for misinformation that was given to us. We will provide a set of instructions on how to configure your laptop, if the charger does not work as "plug and play." Please note that we give five days in order for you to make sure that the charger works. This five days usually begins upon delivery, however there is a seven day limit in which your purchased item must be paid within. Failure to pay for the item within the seven days will result in a void in the time, (five days) given by EpicComputerz in order to ensure that the charger works.
GAMING CONSOLES/ TABLETS
EpicComputerz does not offer refunds for Gaming Consoles and Tablets. Only the manufacture warranty, if given, will apply to these items.
COMPUTER/LAPTOP PARTS
EpicComputerz will personally check each item for a desktop/ laptop which is included with an EpicComputerz desktop or Laptop. EpicComputerz will offer the service of stress testing and performance checking on computer and laptop parts purchased. EpicComputerz gives a three (3) grace period on computer parts and laptop parts, unless otherwise specified for the
COMPUTER REPAIR DISCLAIMER
DATA
EpicComputerz accepts no liability for any lost data to include: documents, pictures, music, videos or etc. It is assumed that the owner/user will have backed up the contents of the computer prior to work being performed. Any system will be tested prior picked up or repaired.
In the event of data to be recovered, our company will not assume responsibility to the system and or any parts. This is due in part to the nature of data recovery.
LISCENSING
Most computer systems contain software licenses, i.e.: operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe products, etc. In the event, that a computer system requires to be rebuilt or re-imaged, we will not be responsible for any software or licenses. This shall be furnished by the owner/user and will be given to the tech prior to any work being performed.
EpicComputerz accepts no liability for the content of our Terms and Agreement, or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided, unless that information is subsequently confirmed in writing
CONFIDENTIALITY: This document may contain confidential, proprietary and/or privileged information. Any duplication, copying, distribution, dissemination, transmission, disclosure or use in any manner of this document (including any attachments) without the authorization of the sender is strictly prohibited.
