-Ultimate Defrag
-Mini games (Plants vs Zombies, Hoyle Board and word games.
-VLC/ Cyber link Power DVD players
-Google Chrome
-Yahoo/ msn messenger (optional, only done upon request)
- A user requested program (optional. An individual can request a specific program. This program will only be installed if we can source it.)
- Reinstallation of programs/ drivers that were previously on the laptop . (Please note we will do our best to save, saved files and to reinstall whatever was on the laptop prior to the reinstallation of windows. EpicComputerz will not be held responsible for any programs/ drivers that cannot be reinstalled.
-Cleaning (external, internal, software)
-Recovery of files. EpicComputerz will save all your documents, scan them with an antivirus and then replace them on your system after Windows have been reinstalled. Due to our privacy section we DO NOT go into personal files. All files will be copied and the user will have to sought out what they want. In the case of a damaged hard drive all attempts will be made to save as much information as possible.
